Job Title: Construction Laborer (Bilingual Preferred)
Location: Medley, Florida
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Job Description:
We at RTECH Engineering are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with various construction tasks, supporting skilled trades, and maintaining a safe and organized job site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with general construction duties such as loading/unloading materials
• Operate basic hand and power tools
• Clean and prepare job sites
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled workers
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures
• Perform other labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
• Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting, standing, bending)
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Previous construction experience is a plus, but not required
