POSITION SUMMARY:

This opportunity is located in State College, PA.

Located in the heart of State College, PA, PFG is seeking a dedicated Administrative Specialist to join our elite team of three professionals. This is a critical role designed for a high-achiever who thrives on organizing a diverse workload and possesses the drive to own their daily responsibilities with total independence.

You will perform a variety of essential administrative tasks, providing the highest level of "Red Carpet" service to our clients and their families. Our work environment is a professional family atmosphere—it is fast-paced, collaborative, and deeply focused on maintaining long-term client relationships through excellence and integrity.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute client/advisor service requests with precision and proactive follow-up activities
  • Field incoming calls and emails, working independently to research and resolve client inquiries
  • Processing new business, service requests, and opening of accounts
  • Schedule client review meetings to maintain client relationships
  • Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of notes within our client database
  • Act as an established, consummate professional both internally with our team and externally with clients and the public
  • Ensure confidentiality with respect to all information pertaining to clients and potential clients
  • Other duties as assigned to support the growth and efficiency of the firm

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience in an office setting, preferably finance or banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
