Multimedia Coordinator

Job Description

Under general supervision, serves as a representative of NWA Media and provides support to assigned Account Executives. This role helps keep sales executives focused on client relationships by assisting with internal paperwork, coordination, and administrative duties.

Responsibilities also include organizing and maintaining in-office tearsheets and preprint manifests. This position may assist with events, provide backup support for other team members, scheduling, and perform other office duties as needed.

A variety of technical tools will be used, including but not limited to HubSpot, Stratica, XpanceNet, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and other programs specific to the newspaper and media industry, as well as 10-key processing.

Prior experience in an office, media, or advertising environment is preferred, though motivated candidates without direct experience are encouraged to apply.

This is a full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (working hours may vary by approximately -/±30 minutes) based out of our Fayetteville office.

This is a safety-sensitive position that requires background and driving record checks, as well as a drug screening.
