ADMISSIONS COUNSELOR

Waynesburg University is seeking applicants for the
position of
Admissions Counselor. The Admissions
Counselor plays a key role in advancing the University's
enrollment goals by identifying, recruiting, and enrolling prospective students. Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in recruitment, admissions, sales, or a related field preferred. Valid driver's license and ability to obtain
required clearances. Demonstrated organizational skills, strong technology skills, including proficiency in CRM
systems and Microsoft Office and demonstrated ability to work independently. Ability and willingness to travel on behalf of the University for extended periods.
Occasional weekend work is required.
This position is responsible for building relationships
with students, families, and school partners; managing
recruitment territory; and guiding prospective students through the admissions process from inquiry to enrollment. The Admissions Counselor serves as a representative
of the University and is expected to communicate
its mission, values, and opportunities with
professionalism and enthusiasm.
Review of applicants will begin immediately and continue until the position is filled. Successful candidates must demonstrate a commitment to the University's Mission and a demonstrated commitment to the Christian faith.
