What You'll Do
As our Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our operations. You'll maintain and upgrade production equipment, drive hands-on problem solving, and collaborate directly with our manufacturing and maintenance teams to tackle real production challenges. This is not a desk job — it's a dynamic, high-visibility role where your decisions matter and your contributions are seen every day.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of manufacturing experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and a solutions-first mindset
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced production environment
