Full time in Peoria IL. General knowledge in appliance, plumbing, and electrical repairs. General handyman skills are a must. Candidate needs healthy interpersonal and communication skills to communicate solutions to apartment residents and follow up on repairs. The ability to keep track of multiple work orders and repairs, while prioritizing emergencies. Must have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle to operate during full work hours.
