PERSONAL SERVICE WORKERS SUPERVISOR: (Job in Greenwich, CT) Supervise and coordinate activities of employer's personal service workers, including household, personal mega yacht(s), and private plane(s) employees. Responsible for the hiring, training, and ongoing management of staff required to meet the service needs of the households, yachts, and private planes. Assign and supervise work schedules to ensure quality and timely delivery. Handle hiring, training, and supervision of all culinary staff's operations. Collaborate with other staff members to plan and develop employer's operations to host, arrange and facilitate large guest parties and events. Handle home, yacht and plane budgeting, inventorying, procurement, and maintenance operations. Screen and oversee outside vendors, contractors, construction projects, maintenance of grounds, art collections, automobiles, yachts, private planes, etc. Set service standards, train, and supervise workers in proper operational procedures and functions. Will require constant traveling (via flights and yacht(s) throughout the year including holidays and weekends) worldwide. REQS: 2 yrs of exp in the job or in positions dealing with supervision or management of household, personal yacht, and private plane employees for ultra-high net worth individuals, and overseeing culinary and party and event hosting operations for ultra-high net worth individuals.
