NOW HIRING: PROCESS ENGINEER (INJECTION MOLDING)
Seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to support and optimize injection molding operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and improve molding processes
Develop processes using scientific molding principles
Reduce scrap, improve cycle times, and boost OEE
Support new product launches and train technicians
Qualifications:
5+ years of injection molding experience
Strong troubleshooting and process optimization skills
Experience with multi-shot/rotary machines a plus
Knowledge of IATF and ISO 14001 preferred
