A&W's looking for friendly, helpful individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include taking orders or preparing the food, assisting in resolving any service or food issues, maintaining food-safety standards and maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment.
Part/Full time pay:

• 14-15 year olds - up to $12/hour
• 16-18 year olds - up to $14/hour
• Adults - up to $15/hour

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team at a fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. This position requires a commitment to teamwork and a passion for providing a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, dining area, and service counters.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of all customers.
• Provide assistance to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

Skills

• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations.
• Experience in food preparation or culinary arts is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
• Familiarity with café or restaurant operations is advantageous.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards.
• Experience with BRINK POS systems is a plus, enhancing order processing efficiency.
• A helpful attitude towards customers and team members, fostering a positive work environment.
