SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT OPERATOR

Duties and Responsibilities:
This is a position within the I.B.E.W union that is responsible for the operation and maintenance of wastewater treatment, sludge processing and handling equipment of the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP). In addition, this position will be responsible to provide maintenance, repair and construction of municipal facilities as described and designated as a function of the Department of Public Works.

Minimum Requirements:
* Possesses a valid Pennsylvania Driver's License. Must possess or be able to obtain CDL license within six months from date of hire.

* High School Diploma or G.E.D. mandatory.

* Must establish residency within a 10-mile radius within one year of hire.
