We are seeking a full-time dedicated Vascular Surgeon to join our multi-specialty private practice group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing vascular conditions through surgical and endovascular techniques. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care, utilizing advanced medical imaging and electronic health record (EHR) systems. The Vascular Surgeon will play a critical role in improving patient outcomes through expert surgical intervention, perioperative care, and innovative treatment approaches within a dynamic healthcare environment.
The private practice group is looking for someone with a vision toward building a strong vascular division in an underserved market.
Responsibilities
Perform complex vascular surgeries including carotid endarterectomy, bypass procedures, and endovascular interventions such as catheterization and vascular interventional radiography.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and diagnostic evaluations using CT, MRI, ultrasound, and other imaging modalities.
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with vascular diseases, including aneurysms, peripheral artery disease, and venous disorders.
Utilize different EHR systems to document patient histories, treatment plans, and procedural notes accurately.
Manage perioperative care, ensuring optimal patient recovery and post-operative follow-up.
Collaborate with radiologists, cardiologists, endocrinologists, and other specialists to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Maintain strict adherence to infection control protocols and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality.
Provide patient education on vascular health management, lifestyle modifications, and post-treatment care plans.
Compensation & Benefits
Starting salary $400,000 to $450,000 per year
