- Cross Country Head Coach.
- Middle School Soccer Head Coach.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Arrest/Conviction Report (Act 24)
* PA Criminal History Record Clearance (Act 34)
* Mandated Reporter Training Certificate (Act 126)
* FBI Criminal History Record (Act 114)
* PA Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151)
* Act 168 Disclosure Form(s)
Clearances must be less than one (1) year old.
