We are currently seeking a FULL TIME PROPERTY MANAGER to be a vital part of our dedicated work family! The ideal candidate is someone who is self-motivated, possesses notable attention to detail, and is skilled at multitasking. As a Property Manager, you will oversee several manufactured home communities in the Elizabethtown area, ensuring each community is well-maintained and that residents are satisfied.
Your responsibilities will include managing day-to-day operations, handling resident inquiries, performing regular inspections, maintaining occupancy rates, and implementing community guidelines.
We are offering a competitive compensation rate of $18/HR, Monday through Friday, which includes medical benefits with a small co-pay and a 401K plan to help you secure your future.
