Job Description

The Outside Salesperson will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships while driving new business growth through targeted sales efforts. This role focuses on reaching out to potential clients, presenting products effectively and managing a designated sales territory to maximize revenue opportunities.

 

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new clients and generate sales leads
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations
  • Manage ongoing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Negotiate terms and close sales to meet or exceed targets
  • Process orders and coordinate with internal teams
  • Manage assigned sales territory to optimize market coverage
  • Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and competitor activity
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Entry-level experience in outside sales
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Good time management and self-motivation
  • Ability to plan and manage sales territory effectively
