Commercial Litigation Attorney

Marks & Sokolov, LLC is an international law firm with more than 25 years of experience handling complex cross-border legal matters. With offices in Philadelphia and Moscow, our firm represents clients in sophisticated international arbitration and litigation matters.

We are seeking part-time and full-time attorneys with 5+ years of litigation experience to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation matters from case development through resolution
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Support and handle matters involving international arbitration and complex commercial disputes
• Collaborate with attorneys across cross-border matters and multi-jurisdictional cases
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission required
• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
• Experience with international arbitration or complex commercial litigation is a plus
• Russian language skills are a plus
• Portable business is a plus
