At Abel Personnel, we’re looking for someone who understands how businesses run and is ready to apply that knowledge in a fast-paced, people-focused role.
No prior recruiting experience required—we provide the training. What matters most is your ability to prioritize, communicate, and drive results.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs across multiple departments
- Recruit and interview candidates for roles including customer service, administrative support, accounting, data entry, and professional positions
- Manage multiple open roles while maintaining organization and urgency
- Conduct phone and in-person/virtual interviews to evaluate candidate fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Track performance metrics, including interviews, placements, and starts
- Guide candidates through the hiring process—from first conversation to onboarding
What We’re Looking For
We’re especially interested in candidates who have supported or led operations across multiple functions, such as:
- Operations Management or Business Operations
- Call Center or Customer Service Leadership
- Workforce Coordination or Staffing Support
- Project or Program Coordination
- Office Operations with exposure to multiple departments
You’ll be a strong fit if you:
- Have experience working across different teams or departments
- Are comfortable making decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Have interviewed, coached, or managed employees
- Are goal-oriented and motivated by performance metrics
- Communicate clearly and build relationships quickly
- Stay organized while managing competing priorities
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: $52,000 – $60,000, based on experience
- Additional earning potential as you grow into full-cycle recruiting, including Direct Hire opportunities
