SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer or a Civil Engineer in Training to join our team. This
position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of civil engineering projects, collaborate
with multidisciplinary teams, and perform design, analysis, and project coordination. The role is
well-suited for both licensed engineers and for those looking to advance toward professional
licensure. High-performing candidates who demonstrate leadership, technical excellence, and

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with or lead the planning, design, and analysis of civil engineering projects (e.g.,
site development, roadway, drainage, utilities, or water resources)
• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, and technical memoranda
• Develop construction drawings and specifications using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other
software.
• Coordinate with project managers, clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
• Support permitting and approval processes
• Perform field observations, site visits, and data collection as needed
• Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and regulations
• Support project schedules, budgets, and quality control procedures
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Professional Engineer license (or ability and plan to obtain)
• [3+] years of relevant civil engineering experience
PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Experience with site development, land surveying, water/wastewater, or drainage design and land planning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Salary/Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 per year
