We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our growing and dynamic team in Kodak, TN which is located 20 miles from downtown Knoxville, TN, just off of the I-40 407 Exit. This role is NOT a hybrid roll and is an in-office position with a flexible schedule with overtime when required. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of goods and supplies for our organization with a particular focus on tariffs and will be a great opportunity to advance into a Project Manager role in the future. Logistics Specialist Responsibilities & Duties:
Coordinate and track the movement of goods and supplies to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, shipping and receiving information, and other relevant data. Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues and ensure satisfaction. Develop and implement logistics processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency. Conduct regular review and analysis of logistics data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and customers to facilitate smooth and efficient logistics operations. You will be learning our internal logistics system.
