Willie’s Joynt Café is tucked right inside the Texas Roadhouse Support Center and we are looking for our next great team member. We serve breakfast, lunch, and handle internal catering for Support Center employees. This role comes with incredible hours, Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:00pm, a fun and fast‑paced environment, and a great location. If you love food, teamwork, and delivering great service without late nights or weekend shifts, this is a pretty sweet gig.
Deliver Legendary customer service to every guest
Prepare and assemble breakfast and lunch orders accurately and on time
Receive and process payments using our POS system
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Execute recipes, prep sheets, and plate specifications correctly
Maintain cook time standards and quality expectations
Keep front and back of house areas clean, organized, and stocked
Use, clean, assemble, and disassemble kitchen equipment safely
Support both FOH and BOH side work as needed
Pitch in wherever needed to keep the café running smoothly
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred
Attention to detail and pride in doing things the right way
Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and listening skills
Team‑first mindset and a positive attitude
