We are seeking a Handyman to become a part of our team! You will perform necessary work to help our clients with projects around their home.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues with homes and buildings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Carpentry skills must.
- Painting skills must
- Plumbing preferred
- Drywall repairs
- Maintain a clean and a safe work space
- Perform other duties, as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of professional working experience at one of these skilled trades (Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry)
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and power tools.
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
