What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer service calls (account questions, billing, payments)
- Provide professional support and problem resolution
- Perform data entry and account updates while on calls
- Navigate multiple systems to document and process customer interactions
- Assist with account troubleshooting and dispute resolution
- Meet daily performance and accuracy goals
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- Demonstrated stable work history
- Strong typing and computer skills
- Ability to handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and professionalism
Work Environment
- Onsite in Harrisburg, PA to start
