Why This Role Rocks
The Gift Card Program Manager owns one of the most visible and high‑impact programs across the Texas Roadhouse family of brands. In this role, you’ll lead the end‑to‑end gift card lifecycle — from in‑restaurant and digital to third‑party and B2B channels — ensuring a seamless Guest experience while driving profitable growth and maintaining strong compliance and controls.
You’ll work cross‑functionally with Marketing, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and external partners, blending strategy, analytics, creativity, and operational excellence. If you enjoy owning a program, influencing across teams, and seeing your work directly impact Guests and sales, this role delivers.

*This position will be on-site at the Texas Roadhouse Support Center located in Louisville, Kentucky. Remote option may be available for those who do not reside in the Louisville area.

What’s On Your Plate

  • Own the full gift card program lifecycle across physical cards, eGifts, third‑party, and B2B channels

  • Ensure compliance with all gift card regulations, terms & conditions, digital guidelines, and training requirements

  • Manage vendor, processing, fulfillment, and third‑party distribution partners

  • Build and execute annual and seasonal gift card marketing calendars (holiday, promotions, and partnerships)

  • Lead creative efforts for physical card designs, eGifts, LSM materials, and digital assets

  • Identify and implement enhancements that improve conversion, reduce friction, and drive incremental sales

  • Evaluate and onboard new channels and partnerships

  • Act as the Marketing liaison to Finance on sales, redemption, liability, breakage, fraud trends, and reporting

  • Support forecasting, budgeting, monthly reporting, and audit needs for Armadillo, Inc.

  • Stay current on gift card and payments industry trends

  • Support cross‑functional initiatives such as mobile app, loyalty, and promotional testing

  • Contribute to broader Marketing projects as needed


Your Recipe for Success

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Finance, Communications, or related field

  • 5+ years of experience in gift cards, prepaid products, payments, loyalty, or retail/hospitality program management

  • Proven vendor and partner management experience

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and recommendations

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with multiple teams and leadership levels

  • Highly organized, process‑driven, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
