We are hiring a Marine Finishing Technician — someone who takes pride in precision, organization, and doing things right the first time. This is not an entry-level “wipe down boats” position. This is for someone who wants to develop a skillset, take ownership of their work, and grow within a professional environment.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• High-end boat detailing (quality over speed)
• Gelcoat repair and finishing (we will train the right person)
• Surface preparation, sanding, polishing, refinement
• Assisting with advanced coatings and surface protection
• Maintaining clean, organized work environments on-site

What We’re Looking For:

• Highly detail-oriented (small imperfections bother you)
• Takes pride in craftsmanship and finished product
• Shows up on time, prepared, and ready to work
• Organized and able to follow structured processes
• Physically capable of working outdoors and on the water

Compensation:

• $20–$25/hour starting (based on experience and attention to detail)
• 401(k) with company match
