Manage, plan, &assure engrg, validation, testing, &launch, of mfg processes, New Product Introduction, &high vol. prod. of Bergstrom proprietary heating ventilation &cooling (HVAC) syss &heater syss incl. Condensers, evaporator coils, thermal expansion valves, thermostats, heater coils (heater matrixes), water valves, blower motors, wire harnesses, actuators, blend doors, &cabin air filters. Plan, engr, dvlp, deploy, &continuously improve Global Mfg Standard structured process &standardized prod. line sys to test, produce, &assemble all HVAC syss, heater syss, condensers, evaporator coils, heater matrixes, &water valves, for delivery to agricultural, mining, &heavy-duty truck sector customers. 60 mos exp as Mfg Engr, Mfg Engrg Mgr, or related, engrg &deploying global mfg standard or sys structured process &standardized prod. line sys to test &produce HVAC syss or related.
