NFI Solutions is a national insurance distribution company based in Burnsville, MN. We connect licensed insurance agents with top-tier annuity and life insurance products through our network of 70+ carriers and we're growing our sales team.

This is a professional B2B sales role. You'll work with agents who have already responded to our national marketing campaigns, no door-to-door, no retail. You don't need an insurance license or industry experience. We provide full training, warm leads, and proven systems. You bring the drive.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Call licensed agents responding to NFI's national email campaigns
• Identify their needs and place business through our 70+ carrier network
• Build lasting relationships and a personal book of business
• Use our CRM to manage your pipeline and track performance
• Grow from outbound calling into inbound relationship management over time

WHAT YOU GET

• $40,000 base salary + uncapped commission

• Monday–Thursday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Friday: 7:30 AM – 2:00 PM
