Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay: $25.00 – $33.00 per hour
• Bonus Potential: Up to $2,000.00 per month * Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, and vision.

The Role

You will provide expert service, repair, and replacement of plumbing and HVAC systems for residential and commercial clients across the greater Harrisburg area.

• Service & Repair: Diagnose and resolve mechanical and plumbing issues.
• Installations: Lead full system replacements with a focus on quality.
• Customer Care: Deliver the honest, high-quality service our community expects.

Qualifications

• Truck-Ready: Proficiency in both HVAC and plumbing (service and replacement).
• Reliable: Valid driver’s license and a professional, self-motivated attitude.
• Experienced: Ability to hit the ground running and manage a busy service schedule.
