Pest Control Technician

Responsible for identifying, selecting, mixing, and applying chemical or manual solutions to eliminate pests in residential and commercial properties.

The Pest Control Technician conducts thorough site inspections and diagnoses pest problems, using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and chemical treatments while maintaining safety standards. This role involves frequent travel and a strong commitment to customer service, including timely responses, answering questions, and offering recommendations for ongoing pest control.

Responsibilities

• Identify pest problems and determine appropriate treatment methods
• Apply chemical and manual pest control solutions safely and effectively
• Conduct site inspections and diagnose pest issues in residential and commercial properties
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and upkeep
• Keep accurate records of treatments, materials used, and site visits
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing questions and concerns promptly
• Recommend ongoing pest control solutions to clients

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level (will train) Experience a plus
• Bilingual is a huge plus (Spanish and English)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Strong customer communication skills

• Clean driving record

Compensation will depend upon experience and will be negotiated at the time of hire.
