J&J Exterminating is a Top 100 pest control company with 300+ team members, operations across
Louisiana and Texas, and real momentum behind us. We’re not hiring a sales director to maintain
the status quo. We’re hiring one to build. We have a 40+ person sales organization, a growing commercial book of business, and the infrastructure investments underway to scale. What we need is a leader who can own the full sales operation — developing the team, building the process, and driving the numbers across both states.
What You Will Own
• Revenue growth across residential and commercial channels in Louisiana and Texas
• A 40+ person sales org of inside and outside reps across two states
• A practical, well-adopted set of sales tools and systems — built for the team, not just for
reporting
• The playbooks, onboarding programs, and processes that make the org scalable
• The development and growth of every person on your team
You Are Built For This If You...
• Have led a high-performing sales team in home services or pest control
