Duties: conduct initial client consultations to assess immigration needs and recommend legal strategies; manage a caseload of immigration matters including family-based, employment-based, asylum, and citizenship cases; perform legal research and provide timely legal analysis; prepare and review immigration forms, petitions, and supporting documentation; represent clients in immigration court, asylum interviews, and other hearings; advocate with government agencies including USCIS, ICE, and CBP; collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants to ensure accurate case processing.
