Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends)

Job Overview:

Grape Coast Property Management LLC is looking for motivated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. This position involves various outdoor services, including mowing, trimming, mulching, seasonal cleanups, and additional landscaping tasks as needed. Responsibilities:

• Perform lawn care services, including mowing, edging, and trimming.
• Install and maintain mulch beds, plants, and other landscape features.
• Conduct seasonal yard cleanups, such as leaf removal and debris disposal.
• Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
• Complete tasks efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• • Prior landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.

• A valid driver’s license is preferred.

• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
