Career Opportunities for Claims Representatives

Sterling Insurance Company is seeking experienced Claims Representatives to join our team. We are interested in professionals with experience in property or liability claims who take pride in their work

Qualifications
-Minimum of ten years of experience independently handling and  resolving first-party property claims or          liability claims
-Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention  to detail
-Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
-The highest standards of integrity and ethics
-Insurance designations such as Associate in Claims (AIC), Senior Claims Law Associate (SCLA), or Chartered        Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)
- Associate's or bachelor's degree

Compensation Range
The starting base salary range for these positions is $65,000 to $90,000, with final
compensation determined by relevant experience, expertise, qualifications, and education.
