Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Full-Time School Custodian/Maintenance Person to join our team! The ideal candidate will help maintain a clean, safe, and conducive learning environment for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing classrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on school facilities and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols to maintain a safe school environment.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of school events and activities.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work, preferably in a school setting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with staff.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual tasks.
• Must pass a background check.
