Heselton Construction, LLC is expanding our field teams and is seeking motivated individuals to join our Utility and Grading Crews. We are filling several roles and welcome candidates who are dependable, safety-minded, and ready to contribute to quality construction work. Whether you bring years of experience or are starting a career in heavy civil construction, we offer positions that match a variety of skill levels and ambitions.

Available Positions

• Superintendent — lead projects, coordinate crews, ensure schedules and quality standards
• Foreman — supervise day-to-day operations, mentor crew members, maintain safety compliance
• Equipment Operators — operate dozers, excavators, loaders, and other heavy equipment
• Pipelayers — install and inspect water, sewer, and storm piping systems
• Laborers — assist with site preparation, trenching, traffic control, and manual tasks

• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Commitment to safety and willingness to follow company safety programs
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team and take direction
• Physical ability to perform construction labor in various weather conditions
