We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Dietary Aide to join our team! This role supports the nutritional needs of our residents by assisting with food preparation, meal service, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Dietary Support

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of meals and snacks
• Follow portion control guidelines and special dietary needs
• Help clean kitchen work areas, equipment, and dining areas
• Wash dishes and utensils, ensuring proper sanitation
• Distribute and collect menus, checking tray accuracy
• Properly store raw and leftover foods
• Stock food supplies and assist with inventory

Resident Care

• Treat residents with kindness, dignity, and respect
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Residents’ Rights
• Report complaints or concerns to the Director of Food Services

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to read, write, and follow directions in English
• Positive attitude, patience, and tact when working with the elderly
• Physically able to walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks
