 What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead, coach, and support service technicians
• Manage daily service operations, scheduling, dispatching, and follow-up
• Ensure excellent customer communication and satisfaction
• Partner with ownership on process improvement and performance goals
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Coordinate materials, parts, and service documentation
• Resolve customer issues and support continuous improvement
• Track service metrics and operational performance

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Customer-first mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Electrical or field service background strongly preferred
• Experience with Service Titan CRM a plus, not required
• Minimum of 2 years experience in home service leadership

Salary: $85,000–$120,000/year (DOE) + bonus potential
Schedule: Monday–Friday (some flexibility required)
Work Location: In person
