Job Description

Overview
RE Johnson Electric is seeking a highly organized and detailed oriented Administrative Coordinator to support office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office management tools. The Administrative Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional support to staff and clients alike.

Duties

  • Reconciling hours worked and processing payroll & payroll taxes
  • Preform data entry, filing and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and Microsoft Office.
  • Banking Deposits, Transfers and reconciliations
  • Manage front office responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professional phone etiquette

Skills

  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone etiquette essential
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy

Experience

  • QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven office experience with a strong background in data entry, and document management
  • Associate Business Degree or higher
