Position Overview
The SC Legendary People Manager plays a key role in driving human resources initiatives within the Support Center. This position partners closely with department leaders to design and implement HR strategies that promote a culture of respect, legendary service, and employee engagement. Areas of focus include recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, training, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
• Strategic HR Partnership
Build strong relationships with Support Center leaders by coaching and educating on HR best practices.
Partners with compensation team and leadership regarding compensation philosophies.
Promote and uphold TXRH’s culture of respect and legendary service in all HR initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Collaborate with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Team to maintain strategic staffing plans.
Support recruitment lifecycle for Support Center roles; interviews, assessments, interviews and offer.
Facilitate a legendary onboarding experience for new hires.
• Employee Relations & Engagement
Advise management on employee relations and performance matters, ensuring legal compliance and a positive work environment.
Support employee engagement initiatives.
Conduct and document HR investigations and support resolution of compliance concerns.
• Training & Development
Deliver HR-related training, including new hire and new leader orientation.
• HR Operations & Compliance
Assist managers in developing and maintaining accurate job descriptions.
Monitor labor law changes and ensure compliance with wage and hour, and employment regulations.
Analyze HR data (e.g., turnover, staffing trends) and recommend strategic improvements.
Facilitate offboarding and exit interviews and compile insights to inform retention strategies.
• Communication & Documentation
Communicate HR policies, updates, and initiatives to Support Center employees.
Maintain documentation for investigations, hearings, and compliance-related activities.

Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or a related field required.
• Experience: 5 - 7 years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Generalist, HR Manager, HR Specialist, or HR Consultant, with a focus on staffing and employee relations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
