Prochnow Transport Inc. is currently seeking motivated, organized, and team-oriented individuals to join our team as Dispatchers. We are a truckload carrier operating throughout the regional Midwest, the lower 48 states, and Canadian provinces. Dispatchers work in-office only, with both full-time and part-time positions available. While previous dispatch experience is preferred, it is not required—we are willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow with our team.

Responsibilities Include:

• Coordinating and communicating with drivers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
• Scheduling loads and managing routes efficiently
• Maintaining accurate records and updating systems
• Providing excellent customer service to drivers and clients
• Problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Good attendance is a must
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
