Keystone Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in South Central, Pennsylvania. At Keystone Pharmacy, we are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care through the highest standards of pharmaceutical services. As a retail pharmacy, we provide services to not only our patients, but the community as well. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team!

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist License, including Injectable License for vaccine administration.

• Familiarity with Outcome Platforms.

• Medication Therapy Management (MTM) certification is a plus.

• Board Certified Ambulatory Care Pharmacist (BCACP) is a plus.

• Current CPR certification.

• Valid PA Driver's License with clean driving history.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
