NOW HIRING LEASE OPERATOR

A field-based, hands-on role responsible for the safe operation, maintenance, and optimization of oil and gas production equipment. Located at the DBK Helium Field in Red Valley, AZ. Position requires someone who 
can work independently, troubleshoot problems in the field, and keep wells producing safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include:
• Daily operation and monitoring of oil and gas wells
• Gauging tanks and recording production data
• Monitoring pressures, fluid levels, and equipment performance
• Identifying & correcting issues such as emulsion, paraffin, scale, leaks, and mechanical failures
• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs
• Managing chemical treatments and coordinating service work
• Ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:
• Prior oil & gas pumper / lease operator experience preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work independently and respond to call-outs

Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s License
• 1 or more year’s operations experience preferred in an industrial environment.
• Willing to be flexible and adhere to a (12) hour shift schedule and work some weekends.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Electrical experience a plus
• Must be able to pass a drug screen, background & DMV check
