Position Overview
This position will be responsible for all operations of the Support Center Café for Texas Roadhouse located in Louisville, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
Training, developing, and managing café and catering staff
Responding to requests for company events and catering requests
Menu planning: Legendary quality, allergen awareness, cost competitive and efficient
Maintaining food safe operations standards
Guest service and satisfaction
Overseeing set up and service: meal prep, venue, delegation, guest traffic, timeline
Dining room management: cleanliness, lighting, internal committee events
Collaborating w/Senior Manager of Culinary on menu, procurement, expenses, customer invoicing

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum High School education
3 years’ kitchen and/or catering experience.
Highly skilled in time and people management, organization, communication, problem solving, and leadership skills
Workday, Word, Excel, Adobe, Microsoft Teams
