We are looking for:

• Experienced Residential Maintenance Technicians

With pride in craftsmanship, our technicians quickly and courteously respond and resolve tenant maintenance concerns. Two years of general residential maintenance and repair required. General knowledge of plumbing, heating, electrical, painting, appliances, etc.

All positions require:

• A valid Driver’s License

• 18 years of age

• Ability to pass state mandated background study

• We are 100% on-site serving our customers

• Previous residential property management experience is always a plus.
