Litigation Paralegal

Seeking a Full-Time Personal Injury Paralegal for our Eatontown, NJ location.

Requires a 9-hour day (in-office) with paid overtime. Bonuses available!

About the Role:

• You’ll work closely with attorneys and clients to support all stages of personal injury cases. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of personal injury experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients to provide updates and support
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Maintain and organize case files
• Order, review, and summarize medical records
• Assist attorneys with trial prep and case strategy

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal
• Strong writing and organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with clients and managing deadlines
• Exercise independent initiative and judgment in daily tasks, within a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Familiarity with New Jersey court rules and procedures
• Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, focused, technologically savvy, adaptable to learning new systems and processes and can multitask.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills for interaction with attorneys, paralegals, court personnel, clients and claims staff.
• Flexibility in work hours is a must.

Salary/Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
