Job Description Job Description RoCon Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead the field execution of commercial construction projects while remaining actively involved in the work. This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced construction professional who enjoys managing a jobsite, leading people, solving problems, and still putting on a tool belt when the project requires it. The Superintendent owns the field operation from mobilization through completion and serves as the primary field leader for the project. You will coordinate trade partners and crews, manage the schedule and jobsite, maintain quality and safety standards, and personally contribute to production when appropriate.
