Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced Property Maintenance/Make-Ready/Universal HVAC Technician to ensure the property's physical condition meets the company's operating and safety standards. The company has up to 200 doors in Clearwater, St. Petersburg, Spring Hill, and Port Richey. The maintenance department is a growing two-person team. § Organize, prioritize, and ensure service requests and repairs are made correctly and on time. § Turnkey operations and assistance with making vacant units rent-ready on time are required. Houses and units must be turned in within ten business days. § Maintain a preventive maintenance program. § The candidate must have their HVAC gauges and hand tools. § Ensure the physical condition and curb appeal of the communities are maintained. § Work under the direction of the Executive Director and/or Asset Manager. § On-call, after-hours emergency service will be required.
