HCV Inspector (Part-Time) Department: Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Reports To: Director of Housing FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt - Hourly Summary The Inspector conducts required housing inspections for the Housing Choice Voucher program in accordance with HUD regulations, NSPIRE standards, and the Authoritys Administrative Plan. The Inspector ensures that assisted housing units meet applicable standards for decent, safe, and sanitary housing and documents inspection findings accurately and objectively.
