Receptionist, Customer Service Representative, Shipping

Public Seating is a growing company serving the hospitality industry with quality seating solutions and exceptional customer service. We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team and become part of our continued growth.

POSITIONS AVAILABLE

RECEPTIONIST
Be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. Responsibilities include answering and directing phone calls, greeting customers, assisting with general office duties, and providing administrative support.

HOURS: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with every other Friday off. Working Friday hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Work directly with customers to answer questions, provide product information, assist with orders, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are important. Customer service or sales experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

HOURS: Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM with every other Friday off. Working Friday hours are from 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

SHIPPING
Assist with preparing and shipping customer orders while keeping products and work areas organized. Responsibilities include pulling and packaging orders, preparing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with warehouse duties.

HOURS: Monday through Thursday from 6:30 AM to 4:00 PM and Fridays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
