Purpose:  The member services manager leads the development and delivery of benefits and services for members of The Missouri Bar. This position serves as a resource to members; fields member inquiries; recommends and facilitates the procurement of member benefits; assists with the development of products and services of particular interest to solo and small firm lawyers; and recruits and manages relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, advertisers, and member benefit providers. This position will coordinate these opportunities across departments, increase member awareness and utilization of the benefits and services available through The Missouri Bar, and increase discounts and benefits to members and royalties earned by the organization.
