GENERAL SUMMARY
Provides administrative support to the Chief Personnel Officer in the areas of administration and human resources management.
We are seeking a motivated individual for an entry-level, full-time position (35–40 hours per week).
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate service awards, employee appreciation initiatives, and annual holiday recognition programs, including gift card distribution.
Support employee recognition efforts by maintaining tracking systems and ensuring timely acknowledgments.
Assist with the workers’ compensation process, including documentation, communication, and followup.
Conduct routine safety inspections and maintain inventory of safety equipment.
Facilitate safety orientation for new hires and ensure compliance with company safety standards.
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
