The Muskegon County Road Commission is seeking a qualified, experienced, and detail-oriented professional to serve as Director of Finance & HR. This key leadership position oversees all financial operations of the Road Commission, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, payroll, accounts payable, tax and audit coordination, internal controls, and financial forecasting. The individual will also direct Human Resources functions - such as managing personnel records, policy development, recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, compensation, workforce planning, and employee development-while providing high-level IT oversight, including minor troubleshooting, hardware/ software procurement, vendor coordination, and company-wide training.
